The VA representative told me how wonderful your wife was. The vets really enjoyed having her there to entertain them. They were amazed at her willingness to do whatever they wanted. She is a great lady and should be proud of her service. All the volunteers are proud of her.

Tomorrow is supposed to be a rare, warm day for December, so the ladies basketball team will be playing outdoors. Brethren are encouraged to attend as our players get worked up and are eager to please after a game.

For some reason, @Lipstickdiary was a little bashful at the last game. Normally, she's quite an eager participant!

My apologies Father Dirk @dirk2024 during the game i spotted my husbands boss who I didn't realise was part of the congregation and as you know I keep my volunteering a secret from my husband. I was concerned he may find out. As it turns out hubbys boss was really understanding and took full advantage of the services we provide to the brethren, he even invited some of his staff to join the churches ranks.
