It is wonderful at the Church retreat camp. The brethren do keep us volunteers so busy and it is so much fun helping them.

Summer Church camps are so fantastic. We would go as a family, but I would hang around the older counsellors. Learned a few things, saw a few things. Wonderful memories.

The brethren must keep fit Mike, healthy body healthy mind. Thats why the volunteers are available, to help with mental and physical wellbeing. We love to help the brethren.

I just noticed that spell check changed kegel to level. I do kegels in the morning, but unfortunately they’re not as exciting as yours.
