Can anyone share with me thier advice/experience with clit or hood piercings? That's the one piercing that I want that I haven't conquered yet, and trying to gather as much information from as many resources as possible. Feel free to PM me if you would prefer.

I've got my hood pierced. Personally I'd recommend that over clit piercings due to the risk of loss of sensation and the fact that a lot of piercers don't pierce the clit (in the UK at least). Got mine done about 8 months ago and at first I got a lot of stimulation from it- tight jeans and stairs were amazing. Nowadays I don't notice it most of the time, although combined with a vibrator can be great- the entire bar vibrates so you get stimulation on a large portion of the clit. One thing to watch out for is getting it caught if you shave- can be a little problematic but it's ok if you're careful.

I was with a chick once that had her hood pierced twice, side by side and she nutted like 15 times to my one.... I think it is sexy as hell as long as they are done by a professional and are straight and shit.

PinkOrchid, I saw the picture that you attached. Did that hurt when you got that done? I had one like on my lower clit and my spouse hated it! He said that it really rubbed him the wrong way. The one I had before did not really hurt and I have a very high tolerance of pain. But I think that everyone is scared to get pierced. My tongue is also pierced and that was not really a pain issue. So I think I might be fine. Do you sometimes just get rubbed the right way and you explode? If you dont mind me asking how is during sex? Does it make everything feel 10 times better? I have my hood pierced and love it. I waited a long time before doing it, and wish I had always had it.

Most responsible piercers won't pierce the actual clit unless your anatomy is a certain way, which is very uncommon.

The piercing itself was prettty intense, but the pain flash is so short that by the time it registers, it's gone. I have heard stories of people having orgasms from it, and I didn't believe it. But as soon as it was over, I felt as if I could have had one if I let myself (I didn't want to given the company in the room at the time, lol).

Healing was fast and easy. But there was a LOT more blood than I expected the first week. Be sure to use the salt water washes like they recommend.

I have a vertical piercing. The horizontal one is more aesthetic, but this one allows the bar of the barbell to lay on the shaft of your clit under your hood and the ball of it is on the tip of your clit. Use your imagination.

Be sure to find a reputable, CLEAN place with a piercer who is experienced.
