What do you wear if you are out wantin to flirt or be picked up on

Me: usually make Shure I smell good and have clean teeth
And make Shure my smile is good and hands are somewhat soft
Iam a guy so they won't be silky soft but not sandpaper rough

I agree with that, you can take two girls the same shape, height, age, and overall look give them cutoffs and a t shirt.

One wears the t shirt tied in the back showing off her tummy and the button of the cutoffs unbuttoned.......The other wears the t shirt down and the cutoffs buttoned......I think it is all attitude/personality......

Flirting is not something I plan. It's hardly written down in my diary 'oh today I'm going to flirt, so let me dress accordingly' . Most of the time, it's whatever comes out of the draws and wardrobe first. I don't even think about colour coordination, let alone anything else .

If I'm going to flirt, it's nearly always unplanned. Why dress for something that you don't know your're going to do? I've always been very casual about clothing though, so maybe I'm just out of the loop.
