Final Word on “Coexist” Idiocy
You’ve seen the smugly righteous and staggeringly moronic bumper stickers, usually affixed to a Prius or Subaru:
coexist
Here’s how that attitude plays in the real world, via Artnet News:
It seems like something one would be hard pressed to disagree with: the word “coexist,” written on a wall using a Muslim crescent as the letter “C,” a Star of David as the letter “X,” and a Christian cross as a “T.”
But in Paris, this particular iteration of the popular inscription—here, created by the street artist Combo, who also pasted a life-size photo of himself next to it—didn’t go down well with everybody. Le Monde reports that four young people asked the artist to remove it last weekend, and beat him up severely when he refused to do so.
Combo ended up with a dislocated shoulder and many bruises.
In Europe, “young people” is a euphemism for Muslim ruffians. Evidently they were offended to see their moon god crescent so near to the Star of David and Christian cross.
The artist, still resolute in his moonbattery, provides confirmation:
Combo declined to discuss the identity of his assailants. “It would only add fuel to the fire,” he told the French newspaper.
It has been the explicit and primary objective of Islam for 1,400 years to eradicate all other faiths through violence. This campaign was put on hold for a few centuries, when during the supposedly dark Middle Ages the West began to pull light years ahead of the Islamic world economically, technologically, and militarily.
But now liberalism has weakened the West to such an extent that Islam is once again an existential threat to our civilization. Modern Muslims are no more interested in coexisting than Mohammad was.http://moonbattery.com/graphics/Combo-coexist.jpg
