Come to the Luau!

You're cute Kimi -- and you can hang onto Sanj's swinging hips -- if you can hold on. He's an honest-to-God Latin performer, so you KNOW he's got good rhythm..... *weg*

Oh, and Sanj, your Hawaiian name is Koni KeAloha. Cool, huh?

Oh yeah, I can hold on, lol.. my ex was from PR and taught me some moves *wink*

So, is this just a 4-some, or are more cummin?

hmmmm am I not the only one with 'kimi' as a hawaiin name? perhaps I should just stick to bite..I seem to keep mistaking posts meant for someone else as being meant for me :sigh:

uhm...I believe I said I was confused that we might be using the same hawaiin name...I dont recall saying anythang about you stepping on my toes

*picks up the lei and hands it back to you*

We'll get it all straightened out Don't worry about it. I'll post a list of everyone's names so far in the morning. My computer is needing a reboot and I think I do too. I think tomorrow we're going to have polynesian french toast for brunch in honor of my birthday. Hope you can make it! Thanks for playing today. Nite nite!

Coffee, Tea, .....or anything else this morning?

As promised http://www.kingshawaiian.com/images/recipe/straw_fr_toast_sm.jpg
Strawberry French Toast
4 1-1/2" slices King's Hawaiian® Sweet Bread
2 cups sliced strawberries
4 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar, optional
1 tbsp. grated rind of orange, optional
Powdered sugar, garnish
Syrup, garnish

CUT each slice into thirds. Using serrated knife, cut a pocket in edge of each slice and fill with strawberries.

COMBINE desired remaining ingredients. Quickly dip (do not soak) slices in egg mixture. Cook on hot buttered or oiled griddle until golden brown on both sides. Keep egg mixture well blended.

SPRINKLE with powdered sugar and top with additional strawberry slices. Serve immediately with warm syrup.
Makes 4 servings.

I forgot to go and see what my Hawaiin name is. It gave me a choice of three : Pualani, Like, and Lika. I think I like Pualani the best so I'll use that one.

That's very pretty. Very feminine sounding. Beats LoopyLina by a mile *laughing* doesn't it????? It's good to see you.

Did you check out the strawberry filled french toast?

You missed a very fun Conga line yesterday. It was hilarious. When the guys show up later on we're going to watch them race flamingos. You should get a giggle out of that! *nods*

ljmo/Lali -- how's the head this morning? Are you up for a flamingo race?
