I actually Used come in my first stories and got flack aboUt it. So I wrote two stories Using cUm and the are my most widely read--at least viewed--tales. Whatever that means.

I like the coloUr that cUm gives but woUld hesitate to use it in a period piece, I think.

My U obsessed friend has a point,I don't think i'd use cUm if i were writing a period piece. It's for modern day based smut only.

Me, too. I dislike seeing the word "cum" in stories. It makes me want to get my editing pencil out and STAB THE AUTHOR correct it.

I feel the same way about other kinds of words, though, like "magick" and "shoppe." I refuse to use them and I hope others will, too.

Would add- a man can "cum" (I think that makes it a gerund) but a woman can not. (even if she can squirt or ejaculate or whatever) cum does not = to ejactuale, it equals seman.

Not like it's an essential verb, any competent writer can avoid using it.
