In the past we've also tried to make burgers with only ground meat and spice. Our favorite way of cooking (any) meat is also on an open fire, but we found that the burgers tend to crumble and fall apart into that fire! Obviously we are doing something wrong - how can we keep from falling apart????

Sounds like you need to smoosh/mash/pack the ground meat a little tighter when you make the patty. (which is sometimes like doen it. )

Now tell me what I'm doing wrong talking about burgers & cooken here when everybody else is haven some kind of sex?????
Also hump/humpen/to hump is a slang term for doen it.......(middle top of the week curve^^^^^^)
