My wife made a similar point, she has friends who rave about these books and films when neither of us managed to read more than ten pages. So thinking that these friends had an interest my wife tried talking to them, it quickly became clear that none of them had actually tried anything much or had the imagination or interest to explore.

As to the original post in this thread, true of a lot of the stories here and elsewhere and made me smile. As others have said, I like a bit of fantasy nd we all would like to reduce the inches in some places and add in others.

I would attribute it more to the fact that non-con sex rarely lasts even remotely long enough. There's not warm-up, and (at least how I feel) the rapist comes really fast. Stress also increases the time that you'd need to reach orgasm. But I think technically it's still possible to "force" anyone to orgasm purely on a physical level. In my mind, it's kind of like tickling - you feel the tickle regardless of what you want or how threatened you are.

It's not because it's totally impossible for many women to cum without being consenting.
