Jenny....i now understand that i probably shouldn't have posted about what happened to me....especially since the person who told me to do that has ignored me since i posted it. he is probably laughing at me. i feel kind of stupid and naive.

anyway....i still appreciate the support all of you guys gave me. i mean there wasn't one person who said anything negative to me. everyone has really helped me a lot. i'm going to try to put this behind me and move on.

thank you to everyone who posted here about this and gave me support. also to those who private messaged me too.

I'm so sorry that happened to you. Please don't beat yourself up, it sounds like you were manipulated and forced by some truly awful people, and people like that rely on false feelings of guilt and shame to stop victims coming forward. It was brave of you to revisit it, and I wish you well in your recovery.

Debbie, I recommend you find a board for rape survivors - where you can talk in a safer environment than the completely public forum here. If you say no, that's rape. You can't help it if your body becomes aroused to stimulation. And you don't need to sexualise the story/try to shame yourself as a penance. Bosses of any level always forget how their presence reduces output but they like to micromanage to feel like they're doing their job properly I consider it friendly to help them feel important by being purposefully slow lol
