Depending on the job, the flirtiness might help. (If you're in sales or something.) Was she qualified/competent other than being flirty?

It requires 100 posts and sometimes takes a few more posts before the recognition thing kicks in for your AV.

But the Profile pic can be posted as soon as you create your account. There is a size limitation so its likely the pic your trying to post exceeds this. Try cropping and shrinking it.
