ICT ......I Confess To agreeing with this post 100 % . Never have understood why this is a turn on...or even considered acceptable behavior .

Well to explain why it might be a turn on for some people choking or blocking the oxygen supply can cause the manifestation of a sense of euphoria which comes along due to the lack of oxygen to the brain that activates certain neurochemical pathways (not entirely sure which ones). People often do something called auto erotic asphyxiation for the same reasons. It provides a high also without the drugs. Not suggesting that anyone try this but this is a reason why it can be a turn on. It has to be very well controlled and monitored and most people interested in this do lots of research before actually putting it into action.

Secondly hair pulling and choking psychologically can provide a sense of giving up control which some people like submissives enjoy. Hope that explains it a little bit
