I wish I had a scanned picture of it..but one of our friends made a costume once that was one piece, where the upper part was fleshcolored and a bikini top and from midwaist down.. was shark.. it was AWESOME..

Good luck, c. What sort of theme are you interested in? Sometimes that helps me narrow it down. Are you a "shop for the perfect outfit" or "make the perfect outfit" sorta gal?

I'm doing a bit of both. T and I decided to go with a Roman slave girl/gladiator variation for the private party we're going to in 2 weeks and then for the buffet event a week later, I'm basically going to be wearing a fig leaf (the theme is "Return to Eden") and not much else. So not much with the latex glory but s'okay. I have time to build my elaborate fetish wardrobe for next year.

Lemme know what you find/create! Imaginative costumes always make me excited.

I'm pretty much open to anything. The theme could be sexy, funny, scary, clever, whatever as long as it's fun. If I knew what I wanted to wear, I could probably talk my mom into sewing something for me but I probably won't figure out what I want until it's a bit too late and I'll be forced to haved to buy something.

Your costumes are sure to be a hit at both parties. I would love to see the pics of you in both outfits.

Need Help!

I was hoping someone could help me find a spanish dancer costume...I was in Barcelona this past summer...wanted to use the theme...

IMO, there are tons of shoes and shirts in the stories right now that you could buy that would fit this theme. You might even have them in your closet? That plus a full skirt and perhaps a fringe shawl or throw should do it. You might want to pull your hair back and up, secure it with combs. At stores like world bizarre and pier one you should be able to find castanets inexpensively.
