"That's right, she is wearing a wedding ring, but I don't think her husband minds. The ladies make a very good wage here. The tips are outstanding."

"What do you say young man, want to give me your tip?"

I like it! And honestly I could see that approach working in the real world.

“What’s that sweetie? You want your dessert? Well it’s closing time…kitchen’s closed but you slap at least 30% tip on this check and maybe I can rustle up something special for you in the break room”

Or

“Shhh girlie. You don’t need to lie about a nonexistent boyfriend to be here. Ole Marge here loves showing girls the attention they need, provided they show her the attention she needs

I like it! And honestly I could see that approach working in the real world.

The Lit 'real world' maybe.
But in the right place, perhaps. A bar slightly off the beaten path in New Orleans maybe. The owner is a woman who has a hard time keeping young hostesses becasue the bars on the main drag are busier, and the tips are better. So she needs a niche, something that sets her place apart and makes her place a destination bar for a specific clientele.

It would be perfect for a third person voyeur story. The narrator describes the lives of the three women I described and how the bar changed their lives.

I mean, the explicit sex of course wouldn’t fly but a bar and grill focused on hot older ladies could work.

Like Japan has a pretty popular muscle mommy bar where the hostesses will pick you up and spank you so a place that caters to men and women wanting a mature women to take an interest in you isn’t too out of sorts

But back to the story idea and lit land: owner starts raking it in. She of course turns a blind eye to any sexy shenanigans (unless it risks a food safety violation) but then her son comes to town with his friends and her employees see no reason he and his friends should be off the menu.

Or, her godson is getting married and she is asked to cater. But bestman hears about the places extra services and has the bachelor party there. Maybe owner doesn’t know till it’s too late or she doesn’t know godson’s friends that well so she comes out and her godson gets an eyeful of her

Or, the owner starts hiring handsome young men, which attracts the older women as customers. Basically flipping the script on places like Hooters. Of course such a place would raise the ire of husbands and boyfriends of their loyal customers.

Blindfolds don’t provide perfect anonymity but they do obscure facial features a bit.

I have three thoughts on this...

#1 - Have a large neon sign over the bar with the double entrendre: Cougars Are Open for Business!

#2 - The manager/owner/operator has a back office with a couch/bed option for "interviewing" prospective young male employee's. And they always need to interview new prospects.

#3 - I am disappointed in myself for only having these thoughts on what is one of my favorite genres. Maybe I need a nap.
