You just have to hang in there and wait until it passes. Kinda like being dizzy and nauseated after a rollercoaster ride.
It WILL pass, I promise you. But every time you're stressing too much, or going through stressful times in life, BANG! The Reaction's gonna come.
You better learn how to deal with your feelings, so you can live through the bad times when they occur. Trust me, it DOES get easier over time.
