Where can I appeal a decision about my work?

I recently submitted a story that I had worked hard for, only for it to be 'sent back' with the accusation that AI was used! That's not true. I think the reason why Literotica only wants unpolished work is because then the editors would have something to do. I have never, ever had AI generate anything for me and for my stories to be rejected after being a long time member is hurtful and inflammatory.

The first step is to resubmit your story, adding in the "Notes to the Admin" section that you did not use AI in the creation of your story. This triggers the manual review you are asking for.
