Couples Flirting in Forums?

I had to log off for a few minutes, but here is a summary reply.

I don't iggy people because while I may not like everything they write, I still may enjoy much of what they write.

I don't complain in other threads because I feel they have as much right to be there as I do, even if I may not like everything there.

I didn't say no one should ever flirt in a thread. But as Vail rephrased my question, it was more about thread hijacking by committed couples when private pm's are available.

I didn't ask why other people hijack threads because I just assume they are impolite or don't know better. I don't think real couples intend to be impolite.

I do agree with Pervy, that it may simply be that I feel uncomfortable watching a real couple 'get it on' while I twiddle my thumbs.

I am only trying to have a discussion and not offend anyone.

I don't have time to read the whole thread so apologies if the following points (or something similar) have already been made. (Oh and as a bit of background for those who don't know me I lived with Mark197205 for almost 14 years and I am now happily married to Borgthemagician).

Why should committed couples not flirt on thread? Why should they only use PMs?? Are committed couples not allowed to be exhibitionists? The success of sites such as ****** and also the interest in dogging both seem to suggest that exhibitionism is alive and well.

If you feel uncomfortable don't fucking read it!! Go read another thread and come back later or use the iggy function perhaps. No one FORCES you to read something on Lit, the site is about freedom of expression and you have just as much freedom to not read things.

Awwwwww. *smooches you*

True. I'm pretty sure something that big would break my vagina.

Explaining the situation to the doctor might be a little bit embarrassing. Although the initial challenge might be too compelling to ignore! :D

Lori, I would like to point out that you are flirting a lot with one man.

That would appear to be a sort of commitment...be careful, you are walking a fine line :)

I don't know...isn't it enough to assume that Kendra's right: that many couples do it because the thread isn't going anywhere anyway; or maybe they get caught up in the moment, or maybe they're hoping someone will jump in...there is probably a different reason for each instance.........

that could be a reason, that thread is going nowhere. thanks for a thoughtful answer.

Hey, if you've never had one of those things poking into you, you don't know how much they can hurt!

*remains mute* :) Although.. it's what you get when you have eyes bigger than your vagina! However making such a direct comparison scares me a little.
