Are you kidding me? Seriously? Dude you need to try it. Preferably in Ireland, in a little pub in the country, or at the Brewery itself in Dublin.
It's a dark beer but not as "burnt" as some. It has a kind of creamy flavor, if that makes sense.
To be honest, I'm not a Guiness fan. But many are, and for good reason.

I know people who don't like other beer, but do like Guiness (actually my MIL was one). Try it sometime. Most pubs will give you a "taste" of stuff they have on tap. I wouldn't get it in a can, it just doesn't taste right. Worst case, you don't like it. *shrugs*

Guiness is great. Especially if poured properly. It is fairly lite in calories. Some people believe it us heavy but it is not. It is dark beer but pretty low gravity/ABV. Cheers.

Cool yeah but if they are opening an independent brewery they will likely just serve up their own juice. Let me know if they need a head brewer and I can brew something similar to Guiness.
