Well, they had a few years of amnesty on the law suits. That's all over now.
Oh, and the press says, "this policy may negatively influence EU relations...." Really? They can't even put out a fire in a timely manner.

Speaking of shit coming out of Cuba this morning, the US Court of Appeals sided with an Iraqi terrorist against the United States Court of Military Commission Review in Gitmo, Cuber.
The military judge in the case had a documented email trail of lack of impartiality, and the judge lied under oath to federal court about this (He was simultaneously politicking for a job as a federal immigration judge).
The government and the military both denied these claims, but a journalist found and published the emails.
The Federal appellate court does NOT like being lied to, even by subordinate judges. That judge is toast. However, that judicial rebuke most likely qualifies him for a high level position in the Trump administration!
