I don't have the spoons for replies....for those of you who don't know, I live in a place, that since covid, has seen a housing boom. People fleeing big cities to our beautiful coastal town (I don't blame them, it's beautiful here and new faces bring new ideas). Because of this though, rentals have trippled in cost and have become scarce due to reselling of homes and empty homes.
I have a decent job but million dollar homes (which sold for 250,000 pre covid) are a bit out of my price range as are 3 grand a month rentals.
