Current length of the publishing queue?

Haven't published in a bit, but my average turnaround from submission to being fully published has been around 2 weeks if things were busy..

Thanks. Any idea how I can find out what the present queue is?
It's variable from one day to the next, and from one writer to the next. Depends on all sorts of things (such as category and the day of the week), it's not a steady or predictable flow for any of us. It's a multiple speed conveyor belt - and generally slower for new writers (until they've got some sort of track record for not pushing the content boundaries).

It also isn't a first-in, first-out queue. Many stories pass (some kind of) automated content-checking and get published quickly, while another submitted at the same time might get kept in another queue where the one single human who approves everything for publishing will review it manually. And that could take from days to weeks.

I wonder if audio takes longer in general because most of the automated checks can only read text and a human has to make the time to listen to (at least some of) the story before approving it for publishing? Just a guess.
