He will feel more and the feelings will be great at all stages of arousal, so you can be very sensual and play around easier than you can with a circ'd guy who neeeds to focus and work on reaching orgasm effectively.

1) You should ask him what he likes, just as you'd likely do with any other partner. I'm sure he'll be thrilled to help you get acquainted with his cock and techniques that are particularly enjoyable to him.
