marriage is about more than just sex, so if you are willing to leave a marriage just because the sex is not compatible, to me that seems like a super easy way out. I have been married for almost 23 years. When I got married I was far from understanding sexual compatibility. I'm not willing to throw away that long of a marriage just because our sexual compatibility is so different. There is so much more to our marriage and our relationship than sex. besides the fact when I got married I was 20 years old, I am not 20 years old anymore, therefore the sexual compatibility has changed a lot. Again I am not willing to leave a marriage just because of that.

I would ask why they flirting here and not with their SO. It usually stems from a lack of attention paid due to the unimportance of it to the other person. Finding it elsewhere is always going to draw a person to enjoy it, if it isn't happening at home.
Being with someone is about making that person happy, or what reason are you with them for? It's about learning all those little things that make her/him happy and doing them. Being in any kind of relationship for selfish reasons is totally wrong on many levels and leads to greater hurts happening.
I won't say flirting here is wrong, because sometimes a person needs to learn how to flirt and see it being done. This place is better than any to see the many styles of flirting and what's good and what's not.
It depends on the intent of the flirting that makes it wrong, if it leads to private interaction of any kind. If both partners know what the other is doing and why and are agreeable to it, there's nothing wrong. Going behind their back and interacting with other people in a way that they should be doing with their SO, then I would question the relationship and why they're together.

That last sentence is simplistic beyond belief
