I think it's maybe the way you disagree with people. All very well calling a spade a spade, but don't be surprised if someone takes said spade and whacks you over the back of the head with it.

Sometimes being so abrasive is hard and lonely work and a bit of butter eases things along.

That would seem to make the most sense, but some people just thrive on the attention. I've suggested to Freddie before, as have others, just ignore it and move on. Be the bigger person by not responding.

I guess he just doesn't get it. And by us continually replying to him, we're just fueling the fire I suppose.

Regardless of who is right or wrong, this is between Freddie and Danielle and as such should be taken to private messages here or through email or some other source of communication. By posting publicly they drag everyone else into the drama.

btw, I hardly think that the sheer volume of stories is evidence of great writing. I applaud you for your effort, albeit perhaps a little obsessive, to win the Survivor contest. You go, boy!

I joined the Survivor contest as a challenge to myself. You see, I have a life outside of Literotica. I'm a freelance writer. While my articles for clients are not getting me any closer to winning Survivor, the pay does beat the top prize of $1.37/day for which you are striving.
