Please brin love for all the ones who are alone and lonely this holiday season.

Do you have any extra hope for everyone that has lost theirs?

Santa, can you take my son's autism away?

OH! And if you can do all that, and bring me the zoom lens to my new camera, I will give you a great big smooch!!!!

Dear Storm: if it helps any... my sister has an autistic child. He's eleven now and they are just now seeing what a gift his autism is. They will say that it can be a daily struggle; but what they now see, along with the struggle, is the incredible ability that their child is developing in himself. Hang in there! "Special" kids have special parents. Have a wonderful Christmas.

Thanks for your kind words. I have yet come to think of my son's autism as a blessing, but I have learned to look at life in a totally different way. And, of course, if it would change my son (his personality, his essence, who he is) I wouldnt take his autism away. But it would be nice to communicate with him!
