Someone sent me a link today to a web page ... I found it amusing. I think it's a spoof, altho it appears to be legitimate. But the content is a little too .. well .... you read it and see for yourself.

Did you get your cleaning done? Is the house spotless? I was in a maternal/nesting mode today ... that happens to me every so often. It makes my husband happy when it hits me

Nope.

I vacuumed the furnature and the entire first floor including the window tracts and mopped the travertine downstairs.

I cleaned the guest bathroom and the guest room and mopped the master bath.

Plus I ran the dish washer.

I still have the carpets upstairs and the stairs to vacuum and the third bath which the wife just uncloged the toilet...

I'm beat and need rest.

It is bad enough cleaning up after the previous owners and their two Great Danes.

I had to use a screw driver to clean out the tracks for the sliding closet doors...

Oh, I forgot to mention the 2 cats and 1 dog ... but all 3 pets are indoor/outdoor animals, so their business is done outside .... altho I have to vaccuum the furniture often.

The dog (a 10" Beagle) has taken up a cat habit and likes to perch on the back of the couch .. in front of the window. I've never seen a dog lie like a cat.
