I have news! The firm *finally* came through with the offer ... and I accepted it. And negotiated (well, asked for and got) a raise in the short term. AND ... I get medical starting immediately. :nana: The salaried position doesn't start until I've passed the exam. It's not as high as I want - but it's a job, which is more than many of my fellow grads have at this point.


I hope I made the right decision ... I'm nearly terrified I didn't ... and it's keeping me from being over the roof about it.

Yes ... I think you made the right decision. It's a start, even if you prefer not to stay there permanently. No one says you'll be cuffed to the desk forever *altho, that DOES sound a bit exciting, but I digress ... that's a different topic of discussion :p *

Start here and feel your way around for what's out there. Like you said, it's more than some of your fellow grads have.
