I bought 3 new pillows yesterday. OMG - I slept sooo much better. My old pillows were 7-10 or more years old.

I have some advice for your readers if you don't mind me sharing ...

If you are going to spend over an hour in the car burning off calories - make sure you've eaten more recently than 9 hours prior. Otherwise you will feel very weak afterward.
