Yet, if say a catholic business owner required his employees to were some sort of clothing that fall within the tenants of catholic doctrine there wouldn't be folks out front screaming about discrimination?

There are a lot of dress codes out there. Some company names and logos include religious symbols. Fusses aren't often made over them.
