PC, I used to think you were just off kilter but now I think you are a full blown mental patient. Murray underrated??? He has to be the most overrated comic ever to step foot on the planet. He's been good in a handful of films and brutally bad in 90% of the ones he's touched.

But then again that may just be because I hate Caddshack and Meatballs.

My friends got the 'dancing, singing groundhog' from that movie, in a Secret Santa thingy from work.

It is so funny... We put an old 70 style crocheted, pimpin hat on it, stuck a cigarette in it's mouth, and it shakes it's ass to.....

Granted Murray has been in some bad movies, but it wasn't Murray that was bad. It was the movie.

How can you not like Caddyshack????????????????? That's just bizarre. I think I've seen that movie more than any other comedy ever made.

First off, Murray was bad in all of the movies I lumped into that 90%. Have you seen Space Jam or the Man who knew to little. I also didn't think much of him in flicks like Ed Wood or the Ghostbusters flicks. I just don't find him funny.

While Caddyshack was interesting it was a poor piece of work by a great writer. Just a dumb comedy by a guy who wrote some of the smartest comedy ever.

Lavy! I totally agree. I couldn't stand her in those Loreal commercials.... I have beef with Loreal and their wanton and excessive animal testing, but she just made it hard to sit through their commercials....

Well look here everyone, now EBW has become our resident lit film-critic.

I don't like dumb comedies normally, but I loved Caddyshack. I find Bill Murray quite funny. I think it's the straight face he always has no matter how funny he is being. He's not one of my favorite comedians, but he is good.

And Starfish stoned is a lot more entertaining than EBW drunk and reporting the number of times he puked.

Hey, Hey, Hey. First off, I've always considered myself to be the snotty film critic amongst the board.

Second, I like smart comedies. And before you say things like "Just relax dude" or "Shut up EBW" let me just say that what most people consider to be dumb comedies I consider to be smart. Groundhogs day was smart, Animal House was really smart.

And third I thought my running tally was hilarious but you bring up a interesting point.
