There's a bit of a knack to giving good deep throat, and it does take a little (regular?) practice.
Most people gag when something solid and unexpected goes down there throat. It is a natural response. So how do you control the urge?
With practice, it can be done especially if you do it slowly and get used to the feelings involved.
