Yah, I like the Sonora. I've also lived in the Mojave, the Chihauhaun, Great Basin and the Rube al Kalli.

The Hill Country isn;t really a desert, but it plays on off-broadway on occasion.

I was 5 when the family moved to Phoenix. 8 when we moved to Saudi.

I learned my desert survival skills pretty early. Glad I've never had to put them to a hard test.
