No. No flooding here. I'm up high!! It does flood here but we're too far south for this lot. We actually need somne good rain. it's been overcast and cold but the dams are low.

Went away for a few days for my birthday. Stayed in Albury and Melbourne. Had a ball!

I got to remember all about trains and how timetables are only a wish list! lol i truly am a jinx to anything mechanical. My windscreen wiper flew off the car at high speed in pouring rain. (not here, travelling) and the train signals broke down!
I should travel in a lead box!!! And my friend wondered why i carry shifting spanners in my handbag!!! lol He gets it now!

Ok Trisk, like all good stories I'll start this one out right. Long pull from the beer...easing into a squat..."There I was......Just me and the Bishop wandering the out back in search of a wandering wild Triskele.." Standing up, squinting in to the horizon as if searching back through time, "truth be told I didn't have much hope for the Bishop, but I was dragging him along, honoring his last request. a rondevoo with the wild Triskele." Squatting again in front of you Trisk, Looking you dead in the eye, " He would have liked you girl, but we came upon a group of large spiders! They ran up His leg..." Covering my eyes, " My God that was a sight I hope to never see again." I put a hand on your shoulder, to ease the shock, looking deep into your eyes once again, "Scared the man so bad he jumped from a cliff to his death." I stand and turn away.
Draining my beer. " Trisk" I say to the sun burnt Horizon. "You would have enjoyed that man, but Here I am, a poor imitation of him in his stead, to do what he said needed to be done for you. I am here for you." Finish the beer, ease into the tub.
Jump back out quickly.
"What d ja think?"

My troops used to love story time. I'd make up awesome stories of each soldier's heroics, it's what Soldiers do to kill time. Unfortunately the war caught up to us and some of that became true.
