Then you are all set for the holidays.

Hey, I was kidding. I don't do any extra cleaning for the holidays........never have. When I had Christmas dinner, I cleaned up after everyone went home. Folks are so excited about Christmas that they don't notice the dust. As long as the bathroom sparkles they're happy.

Good morning {{{{{{DGO}}}}}} We had so much of that yesterday too. The wild stuff appears to be gone here for today. Just cold, damp and windy. Is it ever safe to trust MN?

Hope you are having a terrific Tuesday.

It's never safe to trust her as long as she's fucking Father Times to death! That makes her neglect her earthly duties.

Tuesday...........I'm washing two throw rugs and the bathroom rug. I would have to pick the washer that's not wringing properly, wouldn't I? Other than that, I have 3 things done on my list and 2 to go!

Now that is the way to be! :D

Hmm, that might make me neglectful of certain duties too....

Sorry to hear you didn't get the good draw. :( Sounds like the list is definitely getting pared down.

My mother and grandmother commented on the dust once. I handed them the dust rag and went back to what I had been doing.

That reminds me of what my Grandmother said to my Mom when they were at her place soon after they were married. Well I have been told anyway. Grandma said "I won't look for dust in your corners if you don't look for it in mine." That worked well for them.

It worked for me. Neither of them wanted to do any housework.

now I have another 2 weeks wait or so to see if they like me nough for a face interview...

I'll bet that solved that problem! More people should have balls like that. Ann Landers could have saved considerable pen and ink.

I had a great relationship with my mother and grandmother. One thing they taught me was that it's not what you say, but how you say it. I was laughing and joking as they were when they mentioned it.

The only thing my mother ever complained about when I first moved away from home was the lack of a clock. She bought me one that Christmas.
