Diablo 2(for the uninitiated, there will be, once again, guidelines)

Eliah:

"I assure you, male, that the evil to come does not boast, for it has no need to... It only hungers for the darkness of death. It breaths it like a contagion, spreading it to the corners of this world..." She said as she pushed past him. Morgoth spoke then, expressing his desire to acompany the two of them, then Thorr calls out as well. "You are welcomed to follow along, just don't die..." She said to Morgoth coldly. "Yes oaf, we are leaving... SOON. If you wish to come as well then you'd best delay your foolish pleasures... And... This time secure your loin cloth!" Eliah growled as she shivered at the thought of the last time she had rushed him into battle after one of his... Binges.

Thorr

"Not delay my pleasure. Whasshername is pissed, though." Thorr's head ducks back into the tent, then, seconds later, he comes out. "All finished. Kill now. Burn villages, rape sheep, steal women. Hmm... still not got it. Guess that's why they threw me out of tribe, huh? Hey, Eliah! Can we start on these dead guys? They won't stop moving around!"

With a last glance at the keg of ale, Thorr follows the rest.

Alic

Alic looked at Thorr with a bit of humor on his face. He thought that it was funny to see a person as big as this barbarian was stumbling around and tried to stop himself from laughing. He turned to Morgoth and said, "I would love to have you in on this vanquishing, anyone that is ready to help in the destruction of evil is a friend."

"Thank you, Alic. I feel the same", said Morgoth, actually smiling. "I wish that Eliah wasn't so cold, though", he added, not caring if she heard him.

Eliah:

With a shake of her head and a purturbed growl Eliah walked to the gates of the encampment, waiting for the others there. She sighed. She knew it was her own fault that her nights were so cold and empty. But she could not escape her nature. Any man was hard put to impress her enough to cause her to give them a second glance. The oaf had failed... She had seen him send many a demon back to hell in the last few months, he certainly did not lack in that respect, it was... Well... His oafishness... The two new adventurers seemed far more sharp. It was in their eyes. Unfortunately she could also tell that they knew that they had skill, or at least thought they did... That too she could see in their eyes. "A male and his ego..." Eliah mused.

Alic walked towards Eliah and looked at her- she was beautiful but he had to remember his oath. He was here to vanquish evil and that was all and if he thought of anything else other than his holy quest he would surely perish and that was surely the last thing that he wanted, to die some catacombs because he had his mind on something other than his quest.

Eliah:

Looking up at the Alic as he approach she caught him looking her over. Turning her head to gaze out at the wilderness to hide her face from him, she smiled. "We go to a dark place... Pray that we might leave alive?" She asked him, her tone level. She turned her gaze back to him then, her eyes steely blue. They showed a flash of... Was that fear? It was gone now though, replaced with a look of fiery resolve.

Alic looked at Eliah and saw the quick look of fear in her eyes before the resolve took it over. He placed one hand onto her shoulder and said, "Where ever we are going we will all be there to fight and get out alive. I will trust everyone here with my life and I know that we will live, no matter the odds."

Eliah:

Nodding to Alic's words, Eliah added. "I will see to it that not a single one of you should fall..." She momentarily looked at his hand on her shoulder. She lifted a hand to cover his. "And I thank you Alic..." At times she went to far in her judgments of men. Alic seemed a decent sort, though she still wished to see his prowess in battle. Thoughts crept into her mind. "If he can stand, as an equal by my side on the field of battle..." She stopped the course of her thoughts, knowing where they would lead, and the disapointment it would bring her if he came up short of her expectations. That would be unfair to the both of them... Peeking over her shoulder as she pulled her hand away from his, she breathed out sharply, impatience creeping up on her as the two of them waited for the oaf and the necromancer.

Alic looked at Eliah and wondered what she was thinking when she placed her hand on top of his. He had been thinking that she would make a perfect match to him but he knew that he had to prove it as she was first and foremost an Amazon. He then looked back and said, "Come on Thorr and Morgoth. The two of us wish to go!"

Morgoth ran up to them and once again silently saluted. "Where to? Hopefully not the Den of Evil. That had to be more pathetic than even Blood Raven", he commented, a look of disgust on his face from the simpleness of those quests.

Thorr

"Damn. Don't get to warm up Giant-Cleaver on these not-dead things. We go fast now, yes? Giant-Cleaver is thirsty!"

OOC: Morgoth, what would be the next quest in the game? I have already jumped to Lut Ghueline in my game and can't remember all the places in the Rogue Encampment...

OOC: I suggest either Black Tower or Search for (that bastard) Kain. So, you're in Act 3? Well, anyway, I started another character on another computer, but the computer won't support the game. Therefore, I have to start the game over again on my old computer. Ah, well. I'll just get a character editor and pump up my necro. :)

Eliah:

Once they were all together Eliah hoisted her bow from her shoulder and pointed off into the distance. "To the black tower we go..." She said as she stepped off in the direction she had pointed.

Alic

Alic stood there for a second and watched Eliah walk away but then remembered his quest, his holy mission and walked in her direction quickly. As soon as he was beside her he looked into her eyes and said, "I have heard many a thing of this black tower. It is a tower of pure evil but if that is where we must go then I will trust you and follow."

Morgoth ran to catch up to them. "I believe that those legends about the Coutess are true. You know, the ones about how she bathes herself in the blood of a thousand virgins every 200 years", said Morgoth.

OOC: :D I finally got Morgoth back! I found him in some kind of Autorecovery file! That's right, the main necro is back! I also downloaded this patch that made the game hard as hell. The patch makes these dudes that summon golems against you. Your own golems! Also, many monsters that previously didn't exist. It makes a new breed of evil mercs that are out in the wild and try to kill you. It also puts Duriels and Andariels and Mephistos in the cow level. And last, it makes little Diablo clones in the Arcane Sanctuary.

"I had heard that myself and if the tales are true then we must kill this witch before she harms anyone else. Now, where is Thorr?"

Alic stood there and watched at Thorr rushed up to where they were, his steps going everywhere as he was still very much under the influence of the ale.

Thorr

"Thorr is... hic!... ready." Drunk as he appeared to be, anyone who knew him, knew just how deadly quickly he could shake off inhuman amounts of alcohol, when the need arose.

"Thorr, the mighty! He fights all nighty! His left arm is as strong as his righty! He's Thorr, Thorr, Thorr, the mighty!"

Thorr looks somewhat abashed, as Eliah gives him a venomous glance. "Ooopsh! Be vewy, vewy quiet. We're hunting... Uh, what are we hunting again?"

/ooc If the humourous element is getting on anyone's nerves, I'll gladly chill. ;) Oh, and btw, Angelius? Sweet angel.

OOC: It's not getting on my nerves. It is actually quite cool to have a little humor, and thanks. I like the angel myself.

IC: Alic looked at Thorr and tried hard not to laugh. The barbarian was totally wasted and he was going with them to fight an evil creature that bathed in the blood of virgins to stay young and beautiful. He turned to Eliah and Morgoth and said, "How can it be possible that he isn't dead yet. I mean he is very drunk but yet he still comes with us."

Thorr

"Oh, yeah! I heard of dis Cuntish witch. Betcha she hates me a lot!"

The others look at him curiously.

"Well, there's a lot less virgin blood around here, since I left the mountains."

"Hey! Anybody wanna play catch?" The hulking barbarian pulls out twin battleaxes from his pack, his size making them look like hatchets, and begins to juggle them, swaying back and forth, drunkenly. Amazingly, he never misses a beat, and the blades never -quite- slice him wide open.

IC: Love the humour, man!

"Foolish Barbarian", whispered Morgoth malignantly, making the warrior put away the axes. Morgoth's eyes narrowed coldly on the barbarian. Suddenly, three huge pillars of bone ripped out of the ground aound Thorr. "I will let you out of the Bone Prison when you become sober", hissed Morgoth, his eyes scaring the hell out of anyone who looked at them.

Thorr

With blinding speed, Thorr hurls each axe through the bone bars, straight at Morgoth's head, each blade passing within a hairsbreadth of his faceplate, before going on to chop deep gashes into one of the necromancers undead minions, nearly severing its head from its shoulders. Amazingly, the blades vanish from their target's neck, only to return to the barbarian's hands.

"Hey, neckie! Betcha you run out of toys before I do! Don't think you wanna to see what happens next if I have to break out of these damn tings!"

Thorr starts to push on the bars, which seem to be holding even against his immense strength... for now.

Only the very keenest hearing could pick up his next comment, which was in his native tongue, anyway, "Pansy wizards, always hiding behind magic. Just hates to see someone have a good time! Gloomy, doomy, lover of dead dogs! Hic!"

"Finally sober, eh? You'de better be. Or I'm going to do a lot worse than encage you if you give us away in the Countess's tower", he said, waving his hand and the bars dissapeared.
