Just to make sure I'm understanding my timeline correctly -
Right now, Belle and Gaston's actions are happening in the past - as of the 7th. The concert is taking place on the 18th.

I was thinking about going ahead and getting the location of Madame's shop set up for an introductory post, but, yeah, dunno what day I'd be on. The idea is the 7th?

Hours: Sundown to ??? Not that her place gets a lot of foot traffic, but should someone be curious enough to wander in, regardless of the time, it's open.
Location: Lower South Side of the city, near the piers, where the streets turn back into cobblestone.
Layout: A one-story, sketchy little building - almost indistinguishable from the other sketchy little buildings in the area that look practically abandoned. This is a “rougher” side of the town - filled with tiny businesses and homes that have existed long before Crown City started the great push towards gentrification. Though any of the buildings look like you’re going to get stabbed in front of them, the crime in the neighborhood is practically nonexistent, and it is a vibrant community, tied together by a diverse collection of cultures and the simple longevity of its residents.
In the interconnected alleyways, laundry is strung from window to window, and residents will call to each other from their buildings. Kids play in the street hours after the street lights go on during the summer, and during the winter, the most intrepid of them make fires in trash cans to continue their play.
Though it looks small from the outside, the shop area itself is quite spacious - it doesn’t look that way from all of the bric a brac and items she has almost literally shoved into any corner. The shop is set lower than the street, and among all of the clutter, there is a sign next to the door saying “Watch Your Step.”
There is the main “showroom”, and, immediately past it, to the right and through a purple beaded curtain, is a "smaller" side room set up for palm, tarot, and tea readings.
The hallway leading to this room is narrow, about 3 feet across. After the palm reading table, the room seems to stop - it’s the end of the public entrance.
Further down the hallway, where there seems to be a wall, to the direct left is a small panel in the wall, unnoticed. Pushing that panel will take you into Madame’s actual living quarters, and there is where the true space of the building occurs. Not that many would know, because, well, no one goes back there.

Mama's Noodle Shop
Hours: 8 am to 6 pm
Location: Heart of Downtown, located two blocks west of Crown City Central Bank.
The two story building is nestled between a well-kept high-rise apartment building and a branch of the Crown City library. Looking at the building from the street, the first story of the building has two large clear window panes with a glass door between them. The second story of the building is white sheet metal with two small windows above the window panes.
Two large signs hang out over the sidewalk one on top of each other. The top sign reads, in Large red letters, Mama's Noodle Shop. Below that sign is another sign in Chinese translated to the same thing.
The inside of the resturant is laid out to be an open and spacious environment. Four square tables with seating for four at each takes up the area in front of the windows. A large l-shaped counter,with the shorted portion facing the front of the store, is where the rest of the customers can sit. The cooking area is contained within the counter area to allow customers to watch their food being served.
Rather than menus, the walls are covered with the varities of noodle meals in vertical wall hangings around the front of the resturant. The back half of the resturant contains the washing area, storage area, and stairs to the second floor. A large open pavement area is reserved for the truck deliveries and a small storage shed against the back of the building where Mulan stores her bike.
The second floor of the building is divided into two apartments equally. Mulan lives in the right half while Ma Ling, the old lady who owns the resturant, lives in the other one.
