Luna soon giggled as Thomas was startled. "I only know of some of my real life on the moon. My mother sent my to earth as for my protection. I had to learn about myself since she wiped my memory."she said. She slowly stood and stretched, her necklace was still glowing. Luna walked over to the window and looked up at the moon.

Thomas exhaled softly. "Sounds like Usagi Tsukino," he murmured softly. He opened his hand before he winced as a abrupt flare of golden-bronze light blinded him for a second. Unknown to him, it was accompanied by a powerful magical pulse as a gemstone roughly an inch and a half in diameter and two inches in length materialized in softly pulsing ripples of light. He didn't realize that the deep raven and clean white colors of his clothes had shifted to the deepest copper whilst what had been white was a soft jungle green.

Thomas' eyes were slightly glowing as Luna guided him back to his guest room before he slid into the bed quietly. "Everything you've known is about to change," he murmured softly, unaware of his own words as the Crystal re-merged with his body.

The next morning, Luna was up and already outside. She was taking care of Orion. Brushing him out with a smile on her face. After she let him graze as she cleaned out his stall. Humming as she finished up before making sure he had water and food.

Thomas exhaled softly as he stretched, his hips mere inches from the grass. "Mhmm, since I know nothing about this crystal that revealed itself... I have to be cautious. No doubt there may be those who would like no less than to take advantage of it," he murmured softly, thinking aloud. "No matter. I suspect those with better intentions will show themselves in time," he murmured. He slipped back inside, the trio of omelets sizzling softly as slid them onto plates.​

Luna finished outside before heading back in. Surprised to see that Thomas made breakfast. "Oh thank you. "she said. Kissing his cheek before she got Princess Luna up and out to the table. Enjoying breakfast before she began to clean up. Knowing the garden needed some work, after she headed back out. Princess Luna pulled him aside. "Will you help hee? I worry she may push herself too much."She said.

Thomas allowed a faint, shy smile to cross his face. "Of course... and if nobody else says it, I very much appreciate the night. Admittedly, I don't quite understand the 'our night' part, but in my experience, it's most often the things that we don't quite notice that tend to be what we should make the time for," he murmured softly, amused as Princess Luna blinked at the compliment. He slipped quietly outside before he heard screaming,
though to him, it sounded like young girls. He was unaware it was the Cutie Mark Crusaders being chased by half a dozen silver armored robots. "That doesn't sound right," he said warily.​

Luna was busy attending to her garden when she heard a scream. "They need help!"she said. Calling Orion before, hopping onto his back. Pulling up Thomas before they took off. Once arriving allowing him to get off before she did. "Moon crystal power.."she said. Necklace glowed brightly before she shot balls of light at the robots.

Thomas stumbled upon the landing, but quickly drew out a Coin he was familiar with before sliding it into the buckle, hesitating for only a second at the roar of a dragon. "Otakèbì, Ryū!" "Henshin," "Otakèbì, Ryū! Otakèbì, Ryū!"he snapped as emerald green lightning struck, flaring up brightly before fading away. "Kidnapping is never something one with good intentions would do," he said warily as his eyes narrowed behind the onyx lens over his eyes, not missing that the humanoid robots scattered to evade Luna's attack.​

Luna checked On the girls to be sure that they are okay. Sending them away while Thomas and her handle the bots. It took a bit but they were able to defeat them. Luna was tired as she sat on a rock. Orion came over and nudged her. She smiled before she began to stroke his nose.

Thomas exhaled softly as he touched the thick crystal, noticing it was a deep emerald green. "Kōko,
Kai," the buckle said as he flicked his thumb, the Dragon DinoMedal shooting out before he caught it, the armored suit shattering into glittering dust. He twisted as a deep cyan blur narrowly missed him before his eyes widened slightly as he blocked a spinning kick. What caught his attention was that the girl... had wings, though he didn't recognize her as Rainbow Dash, the Element of Loyalty. "Nice kick, though," he quipped as he shifted his weight, smoothly taking her other leg from beneath her and putting her on her back. "Friend of yours?" he deadpanned as he saw Luna look up.​

Thomas tilted his head, unaware Celestia had been missing for almost four months, though only Princess Luna knew she was missing, and even then the younger Alicorn didn't know where her older sister was. "How do we know he isn't the cause of Celestia's disappearance?" she said as she flew a few yards overhead of the duo, noticing that Luna winced as the Alicorn Princess had mentioned her worries to Luna, but nopony else. "Whose disappearance?" he said dryly, genuinely concerned.​

Getting off Orion before she put him away in his pasture. Luna stopped Thomas, 'Princess Luna....her sister Celestia is missing...has been for some time."

Thomas cocked his head, thinking. "You want me to get the girls?" Rainbow Dash asked, referring to the other Elements of Harmony. "Mhmm, it's very likely that she's being held in a place few go, perhaps from some perceived stigma," he said thoughtfully. Unfortunately, he didn't know the surrounding areas, oblivious that the Everfree Forest very much for that description. "I have no idea what's around here at all, unfortunately. My gut feeling is that either this Celestia is being held somewhere locals may fear or... she may be somewhere that people see yet dismiss," he said quietly. "Wonder what's in town," he said softly, thinking. He was unaware that there was a spa and salon as well as various shops for everything from baking like Sugarcube Corner to Vinyl's Record and Music shop. There were several good sized eateries for both herbivore ponies and the uncommon humans,
most of whom didn't often eat too much meat.​

Luna shook her head, "Not yet....I want to get a plan together first. Someone needs to stay with Princess Luna." She smiled before heading inside. Princess Luna was awake and waiting for them. Luna checked her over before getting her something to eat. She then sat down at the table with a map and began to look it over. Someplace were crossed off as they already looked there.

Thomas cocked an eyebrow as the Pegasus spoke, sounding defensive. "Hey, you say that like we don't plan things out," Rainbow said. "The fact that you seem to feel the need to defend that fact indicates otherwise. You're obviously loyal to your friends, yet at the same time cautious around those you don't know well and probably impulsive when they're in danger," he deadpanned, unaware he'd almost exactly described Rainbow's personality, including, unknown to him, her particular Element of Harmony. Princess Luna, however, laughed softly, looking amused, if tired. "He is correct, surprisingly. How do you know Rainbow?" the dusky Alicorn said with amusement. "I don't. In fact, I've never met her before," Thomas said wryly, shrugging as Rainbow stared at him, looking mildly startled. "A bit of advice: don't judge others based on what you think they're like. Judge them by their actions and deeds. It is through those that they truly show who they are," he advised.​

Thomas exhaled softly, his eyes on the map before he tapped a mark that denoted a gemstone mine that broadened several dozen feet beneath the ground, though it had been abandoned by the Diamond Dogs a full two decades before. "That's nothing but an old gemstone mine. Nothing special, though I heard from a couple of the trainers of the Wonderbolts that it was abandoned for some yellowish mineral that smelled funny," Rainbow said dismissively. "If it smelled like rotten eggs, then it was sulfur. Mixed with charcoal and saltpeter, it makes gunpowder, an explosive," he deadpanned, making Rainbow Dash flinch as she frowned, looking a bit worried. "An explosive? That does not sound safe," the dusky Alicorn said with a bit of worry. "Sulfur by itself, for the most part, is harmless. It's only with certain preparations that it could take a dangerous form. Charcoal, as well, though that is much easier to get... by burning wood. Saltpeter, I'm not sure if that even exists here, " Thomas said wryly, shrugging as Rainbow rolled her eyes before she smirked as she noticed Pinkie Pie. "That sounds more like Twilight speaking," she sighed. "Heeeelllloooo!! Whatcha doing, Luna? Huh? Huh? ," a very hyper and excitable pink pony with a puffy mane yelled.​

Luna jumped a little as Pinkie Pie scared her a bit. "Just looking over the map again."she said. Thinking about what Thomas said, as it did make sense. Yet she knew that had to keep Celestia away from something like that. Not wanting to harm her, she was thinking. After a bit Luna got up and walked over to her bookcase. Searching for a book before grabbing it. She was on to something. "Girls take him to town so he can meet the others."she said.

Nothing special, Something's bugging you," Rainbow said curiously. "Call it a gut feeling. I suspect that mine may be the spot where Celestia is being held. Not sure how she was captured nor by whom, but I don't see them caring all that much about her comfort," he deadpanned, making Rainbow Dash exhale. "Something worries you," the dusky Alicorn said with a bit of worry to Luna. "If you're that eager, it is worth investigating," Thomas heard a male voice speak wryly, looking around, not noticing the floating form of Byakōshinken a few feet behind him. "Who said that?" Rainbow said with a bit of confusion before she sighed. "Okie dokie lokie," chirped Pinkie Pie as she hugged Luna.​

She stood up and headed into her room. Packing a small bag before walking back out. "I'll go check out the mine."she said. Now packing some food before heading outside. Getting Orion ready for the trip.

Thomas narrowed his eyes as his fingers darted behind him before he paused, drawing out something he hadn't expected... a topaz coin as he flicked it at Luna, the quarter inch thick crystal coin landing with a soft musical ting in her bag. "What was that? It looked like a precious gemstone," Rainbow said curiously. "Topaz isn't that uncommon. The true, pure golden yellow topaz like that, though, is more difficult to acquire. Took me about two months to find any... though that in particular... I have a feeling she'll need it most," he deadpanned, making Rainbow Dash snort. "Why is that odd weapon floating? Are you levitating it?" the dusky Alicorn said curiously, noticing Saba. "Eh? Oh... that's Saba... though," Thomas said before he paused, his head turning as he looked startled. "Okay, a floating knife with a strange sense of humor," Rainbow quipped before smirking. "Now that's silly," chirped Pinkie Pie as she bounced around. "You say that like I would find a pegasus with a mane that looks like it came from a Skittles pack normal," Thomas deadpanned, rolling his eyes.

He was unaware that the crystalline coin he'd given Luna,
when she activated it in need, would amplify her agility, perception, reflexes and strength several times over.​
