I am doing okay this morning. JUst ate a bowl of fresh strawberries. My diet is coming along great. Although I did cheat last night and went out fior a few beers and a double cheeseburger

Good Morning DLL and everyone..Ladies and Gents^5, I hope all have a GREAT DAY.

I read the book about 1AM this morning..I smiled, I teared and and I chuckled but mostly I felt good. We can talk later about DLL it was a great read and I would recommend "the five people you will meet in heaven" to anyone for such a short read it packs awesome emotional punch and thought provoking ideas death brings.
LOL Oh Boy are we going to have to talk...LOL

well DLL I have lost around a total of 125 pounds. I hit a plateau and the doc put me back on phentermine which is an appitite supressant.So I can tell my pants are again getting bigger again. I can tell my 46(down from 60's) are fitting better again. Warm weather coming and I WILL; come home from work and walk every night

Well i refuse to have that or any other surgery to lose the weight. I have lost this much the old fashioned way and plan on finsihing what In started.
