chilies are evil...............chopped one up for cooking once, about 4 hours later and alot of hand washing later I took out my contact lenses.......my eyes where bloodshot for 2 days..........

we have a great Thai place in town that will actually serve me HOT when I ask for it(usually they just smile at Americans that ask for hot and bring mild).But they bring me the real stuff,,,,,and the TOM YUM soup is orgamsic almost.
