I don't believe in karma as part of a doctrine per se. I do believe that how you comport yourself reaps results. If you behave in an aggressive or negative or bitter way-then that is generally how people respond to you-call me Pollyanna, and I don't always practice what I preach, but positivity breeds positivity-you are rewarded in kind

I just don't see the causal chain there, is all. Shit will happen, independently of your own shit.
Sure, if you mistreat X, X may well mistreat you, lest they're a masochist or a saint, but, to claim a 3rd party's mistreatment of you comes from your past actions....I just don't see the causal connection, is all.
The universe is much too random.
