Do you dream about your kinks and erotic fantasies? What do you think your dreams mean, if you do?

I don't very often do so. But once in a while I do.

I find exhibitionism and voyeur stories very kinky and appealing. Last night I had a dream in which I was staying at a hotel, and I stripped off my clothes and stepped out of the room for some reason, early in the morning, and the next thing I knew I couldn't find my way back to my room. I was running around the hotel bare ass naked, looking for my room, and as the hour grew later in the morning there were more people around seeing me in the altogether. I finally found my way back to the room but not before experiencing a lot of embarrassment.

Ah, yes:
Sometimes when I dream, she's memorable and I remember details.

I used to have recurring dreams, the same dream twice or several times, only I wouldn't recognise it, not straight away. Those dreams stopped in my twenties. More recently, these last few years, I've recognised a common thread in many dreams. I'm somewhere I've been before, but there's a lost connectivity, a joining up I don't always see, not immediately. People in the dreams remember me, but I don't always remember them.

I was walking through a group of people and a woman came up to me. Dark haired, she was tall, dressed in a wrap-around dress, tied at the front. Vivid blue, the colour in my dream, clearly seen. I'm dreaming. The front of the dress wrapped one side over, tied with a cloth belt with a twist in the knot and a wide looping bow. Her hands were on the knot, moving quickly.

"I didn't think you'd make it this time. Why didn't you contact me?"

"I'm sorry, I've had two computer crashes this last year, lost all my contacts and phone numbers. I would have called, if I could."

I couldn't remember her name, and waited for her to give me a clue. She knew me, and last year must have been familiar, because the belt was undone and she pulled one side of the dress wide, turning to stand right in front of me. Other people in the room further back couldn't see.

The cup of her bra was low cut, a firm nipple jutting just above the lace, thick flesh and a rich dark pink, nearly red. She had those breasts that some slightly overweight women have, not overly big, smaller than one might imagine. Sitting high on her torso and her hips were wider, curving in the dress which I would slide aside from her body to drop to the floor sometime later.

I dropped my mouth to the nipple, suckling it up firm in my mouth. The motion was momentary, the moment silent. When I looked back up to her face her lips glistened and her eyes shone.

She discreetly pulled the revealing dress closed, hiding those firm little breasts away. She smiled.

"You do remember me. Let's take up where we left off. My room, later."

Then the scene shifted, the way dreams annoyingly do those times when the sequence is unravelling and you want it to stay where it was.

If anyone asks, my dreams are always in bright vivid colour, and the blue of her dress was the colour of her orgasm later. Some people dream in black and white, they've told me so, and some people don't dream at all. I couldn't bear that, not to dream.

The cabby, when I paid him the fare, said, "I think she's into you." He must be the same cabby from the story I wrote about Lisa, not long ago. I'd read a similar sequence from that story last night, where Adam and Bobbie share a taxi, each going to their own hotels, and they meet Lisa the next day. There's a strange comfort, knowing my dreams have a resident taxi driver. It explains why my characters never wait long for a cab.

The woman in my dream wasn't Lisa. I suddenly think, Cassandra, is that you?
Is That You, Cassandra

Definitely.

For me it's usually shibari mixed with decorative cuts. Being bound in pretty designs with plain jute, blindfolded, the exposed skin between knots cut in decorative patterns, suspended, lightly bleeding and either being watched or photographed like that.

Other times it's things like walking barefoot through a forest in a flowing dress and being followed. Not menacingly, but playfully. A chase of sorts, wanting to be caught, but also wanting to make the build up last.

The series I'm writing now features a lot of these kinks and dreams.

As far as what I think they mean, just unfulfilled desires. Wanting to be seen without fear of being judged, stuff like that.

Not that I can remember afterward, sadly. Which I've often found odd. I've got a strong sex drive and a creative spark or two, so one would think my subconscious would play in that playground.
But more often it's in more emotional and nostalgic realms.

Sadly, no. I dream of my first love all the time, usually in the context of spotting him somewhere, being so excited to see him again, then not being to reach him before he disappears.

If that's a kink, I don't want it!

Pretty often yes.

But it’s also normal for me to talk one of my submissive to sleep and it’s normally stories or ideas on things that we would both enjoy.

A lot of my writing explores those dreams and/or making them reality. But I have been pushing more into writing out those dreams with the series I’m working on with @Erozetta.

Not often, but the theme is almost always the same. I am camping, solo, always in the forest, frequently by the ocean. The setting is peaceful, at night or evening. A woman enters my tent, I don't know her, but she feels familiar, like I had met her before. Events occur. I wake up unusually calm and refreshed, warm all over. And then I feel guilty for cheating on my spouse.

I just know this is a terrible idea.

One of the only ones I can remember is that I was Little Red Riding Hood.
Oh, no. We need considerably more than that. You can’t simply say Little Red Riding Hood and disappear back into the forest. Please elaborate, O wizened one.

I had a dream where I met a gender-flipped version of myself. It took a while before we could recognize that's what we were, and it resulted in a feeling of assumed understanding. There were tears, hugs, a quiet discussion, and then very emotionally satisfying sex. One of the few sex dreams where I can recall actually having sex.

I have always had erotic dreams since I was younger... Every good dream I have involves me having sex of some kind..

The other night I dreamt I was getting BBC... Which is not a fantasy or kink of mine.. But it was the very first time in my life I dreamt of my with a black man...

I have dreams that I'm surrounded by vibrators and dildos...
Dreams of my with women...

I just always dream sexually.. 😂

My dreams are usually surreal and crazy. By which I mean, yes I dream of my kinks all the time. But sex dreams aren't always pleasant, nor necessarily my kink. Like the one with the giant mind controlling centipede. o.o I might write that story someday just so I can stop thinking about it, very creepy and unpleasant... Mind control is not one of my kinks.

Do you dream about your kinks and erotic fantasies? What do you think your dreams mean, if you do?

No (unfortunately). I tend to be too reserved that sex (any sex) rarely happens in my dreams. And when i do get an erotic dream it tends to be vanilla or just making out.

Frequently. Certain meds lead to 'lucid dreaming' as a side-effect, which can be a bit disorienting when you wake up.

I try only to take them when I'm pretty sure I won't have a nightmare, because creeping into rooms to check the spouse and offspring are actually still alive is no fun. Realising my body isn't nearly as capable as in my dreams isn't much fun either, but there we are. Oddly, realising I'm a different sex to what I was dreaming is generally not disconcerting at all - there are advantages to a lack of gender identity.

Except one time when I guess I wasn't with it for a good while, because I went to the loo and panicked because my penis had fallen off. I'd got halfway upstairs on autopilot to get the spouse to help, before remembering I'd never had one. Which is just as well, as he's never been a fan of cock (with one exception ever) and more to the point knows fuck all about medicine or first aid.

Let's just say that my stories here are less filthy and more coherent than my dreams, by a long way.

Are you really just going to leave that there...? 🤨
Oh, no. We need considerably more than that. You can’t simply say Little Red Riding Hood and disappear back into the forest. Please elaborate, O wizened one.

It involved lots of running, losing clothing by degrees to the environment, exhausted surrender...

I was in a weird headspace for days afterwards. If dreams are real, I hope it was as good for Michelle Pfeiffer as it was for me, that's all I'm saying.
