Do you obsess over little things?

There was a spelling mistake in one of your posts, about three months ago. Go back and fix it now, or you won't sleep tonight.
That's just cold. I'm impressed.

Depends on which little thing. i tend to obsess over my son (9months) but twinkies really aren't fodder for obssession*shrug*

Do I obsess over little things?

That depends on what you mean by "little." Are you using the word to mean "inconsequential" or do you want to know the approximate size of things we obsess over? My car keys are small, although they are part of a slightly less-small collection of keys on a fairly cumbersome key chain that I've been wanting to replace for a long time, if I could only find a key chain that's less bulky but not so small that it will get lost in the bottom of a handbag. Losing my car keys is hardly inconsequential when I'm in a hurry. Losing them when I'm just thinking of going out on the weekend for no reason isn't a life-or-death problem, but neither would I say that I "obsess" over it. It's reasonable to want the keys found, isn't it?

What exactly do you mean?

The fact that you wrote a 138 word paragreaph about size importance ratio regarding your keys answers the question for me. ;)

The fact that you did a word count on my post raises more questions than it answers.

:D

At the moment, I am trying to decide if I should try to buy a ticket on one of the earliest Airbus flights to land at an airport near me.

One thing I have already decided. There is no way that I want to be in the swimming pool when they hit an airpocket.

That's a little thing about a big thing.

That's a big thing. So big that the airport near you may have to be connected to the airport near me to make a runway long enough for that bad boy.

Eventually, I hope there will be a plane so large that it doesn't have to take off. By the time you walk the length of the aisle to go to the bathroom, you'll be in Europe.

That will save fuel.

They will need to install little rest stations on the way to the rest station.

Does your rest station accept dedications and requests?

I meant little of consequence. But I like that furrowed brow on you.

I don't obsess, but I keep *all* my keys, for every place I've lived, and for every car I've had, and probably will contunue to keep them until they present an obscure posthumous puzzle. Or until I decide to become a thief.

Yes, I do.

Although, I wouldn't call five foot one 'little', I believe the prefered term is petite.

Sincerely,
ElSol

Sometimes the little things bother me.

My bones are buried in the Bekaa Valley in Lebanon. They dug me up a couple of years ago to put some WMDs underneath me. This week some Syrian troops dug me up again and removed the WMDs. Can't a King rest in peace?

Og

PS. They forgot the curse that my priests laid on anyone who disturbs my bones. Some idiot called Sad Am was the first to disturb me.

ITS REALLY A LITTLE THING.
its really not something that should irk the shit out of me...i wont obsess about it when im not home but
i think its coming close to the time when i get my phone fucking phone line. i cant use the phone when i want to...and when im on the phone someone always wants to use it.
wait...
this isnt the isolated blurt thread...sorry, took a wrong turn in albaquirky....

I used to, but losing a sizable part of yourself in a pretty traumatic way does put a rather different perspective on things.

Now my focus has shifted to the big, important stuff, and know that I'm a very lucky donkey indeed.

Just don't confuse your carrots with your sticks.

Yes, that's always been one of my problems in the past. Hasn't done much for my teeth (not to mention eyesight) either.

What's orange and sticky?

A carrot and a stick.
