"Doctor Who: Powers of Ten" (OOC)

I still have a few more pieces I really want, but that Royal Guardsman was my #1. (& unfortunately one of the least expensive)

Ugh, you poor dear.

At least the things you want actually exist...

...I had my heart set on a picture of The Tenth Doctor standing next to Gwen Cooper in character, but that'll never happen.

Ok, I don't get the Wheeping Angels. I mean, they are statues unless nobody is looking at them. Won't the whole angel problem be solved with a sledgehammer or power tools?

Ya know, watching Who makes me think:
I wonder how a Sith would fare vs a Dalek?

Stalemate.

Dalek would be immune to mental manipulation, and its armoured Dalekanium bodyshell would have a forcefield to keep out lightsabers and Force Lightning.

The Sith, meanwhile, would be untouchable; its agility would outstrip the Dalek's pursuit, and the lightsaber could easily deflect the extermination ray.

The Sith would need an Iopene Cutter to break that shield before the Dalek's insatiable need to kill out-stubborned even a Force-wielder's stamina.

All valid points, but what happens when you drain their power via the Force. Or use TK.

Size matters not,

Dalek could also siphon power. You ever wondered why the plunger?

Palpatine could teke a Dalek. Or Jorrus C'Baoth.

But a lesser Sith or Jedi might not. A fully powered Dalek is capable of self-propelled flight.

Sith vs Dalek

tk thier various parts off them. Forcefield not notable defense against mental manipulation. once parts for forcefield generation removed, drop said dalek in boiling wtaer.

add fork and butter.

and voila.. Dalek suprise.

Nummy.

The force field wouldn't defend their minds, no. But don't Sith deceptions play off of emotions? Daleks are stripped of all feeling.

The rest of that seems viable.

(Ew.)

not attacking ther minds/emotions. attacking the physical parts of their suit.

kinda like ripping the arms off a wookie through a forcefield.
