deep down knew the day would come
thought the choice to be an easy one...
common sense
i'm a practical girl
logically made the call
i woke to this world on a wednesday
tuesday was the day i said goodbye

i can no longer deny the fact
that i am changed forever now
to acknowledge the life that was you
is the hardest thing i've ever had to do....

i've always lived my life without regrets
never questioning the decisions i have made
i still would not change a thing
but i am sad all the same...

through a lot of bad
comes a lot of good
destruction has built this tower strong and tall

but some days the walls are knocked,
they crack along the surface .. on closer inspection you will see
that they are more than slightly flawed

remembering then that i believe
strength is a grounded soul,

the grit of my teeth,

thank you... it was one of the most difficult yet necessary length of words i have ever written.

Surprisingly I think it took like 8-9 days.
It fits well but I have to let the strings out and have someone tie up the very top when its on lol.
I think i need one more size up next time around but this one holds me in and is really pretty.

I waited on this one to see what the day would bring. Sun sun sun and more sun. We have had very little rain in the last few months. I hope it rains soon, Gus needs a wash, he's starting to get a little whiffy! Lucky for me he's asleep! Did you know dragons sleep with thier eyes open?
