I wish I had been up to something. I just learned that I had made a few mistakes and have been trying to deal with it. Also, it's getting to the busiest time of year for me at work. I'm already behind due to some medical things with family members and I've been struggling to catch up. So nothing worth spilling, sadly.

I'd call them mistakes because I knew I was making it pretty early on. I still did it anyway. I didn't quite know how to stop though.

Here's something else for a laugh....I made a nice omelette with mushrooms, different colored peppers and a sprinkling of swiss cheese. It's been ages since I've made one. I also made a buttermilk biscuit to go with it. A nice special treat for breakfast. Well, when I was taking my vitamins and my prescription, I dropped the prescription. So I have to put my little dog in the bedroom so I can find it before she does. Of course, then I can't find the flashlight. In looking for the flashlight, I find two old ones and one actually worked. So I finally look and look and look. I look some more and then cuss a little because I'm still not finding it. So I get back down on my stomach and look under the oven again. Why it's there this time instead of the time before I don't know. Yeah, yeah, I was just looking more carefully this time. I still want to blame the faeries Bett sent to pester me.

So my omelette is cold Oh well. Such is life.

well if it's any consolation you have put a smile on my face... you poor thing! lol.
we made homemade pizzas for the first time last night... even made the bases from scratch. very pleased with our attempts
i had ham, bacon, panchetta, salami and sundried tomato and a combo of mozarella/parmesan/tasty cheese
(and just in case you're wondering, no, i'm not trying to give myself a coronary... the pizza was smaller than a side plate and had minimal pieces of each topping... the bf's on the other hand was piled high and somehow even managed to create a cheesy crust edge lol!)
he hasn't quite grasped the concept of 'less is more' lol.

as i'm not working all the days are the same for me... i go to bed whenever i want... i get up when i feel i've slept too long. i am a woman of leisure... and itching to get back to work!!!

my 'holiday' has been extended due to the global economic crisis.. not by my choice... and it's beginning to depress me. i miss wasting my money on booze, clothes, jewellery and trips away for no reason at all.

i'm very irresponsible with money. i live for today... which is unlucky for the me of tomorrow lol
