"AZ!! Wait!! You don't understand!!!" Curtis called frantically.
"What's the matter?" Trinity asked.
"Morbius has the power of betrayal...he can cause a person's own weapon to turn against them....or have their allies do the same," Curtis said straining at the glowing chains. "Trinity if they're to live you have to release me and let me go after them while you strengthen yourself."
"I'm sorry Curtis...I don't know how to uncast a restraing spell....and even if I did I wouldn't let you leave without me," Trinity said.
"If you faced Morbius again he would kill you and all would be lost," Curtis said, "I will protect you from him at all costs, but do not grieve for me if I should die before him."
