Sorry I didn't post yesterday, I spent the last two days with my seester and it was fucking amazing Not that we did all that much crazy stuff, but it get's hard to find the time to hang out when you're adults. That and like, Covid kept me from actually being able to see her for like two straight years.

It was a very nice weekend ^_^ No responsibilities, just chillin and gettin some time in the sunshine and hot tub XD

Edit: Ah, I'll have to watch that when I get home

Aw, that’s super nice. Quality time doesn’t have to be crazy for it to be comforting and relaxing. And after not seeing her for two years? Damn, I bet that was great. It sounds like the perfect little getaway.

Kind of off topic, but you remember that scene in Nightmare Before Christmas, where the scientist lifts his skull bone up to literally scratch his brain? It's gross, but looks so satisfying. Like, sometimes I want to do that so bad, especially when I really really want to get something done, but I can't get myself to, just, start D:<

This is just a long winded way of saying I'm struggling with the word vomits ATM. I don't know why lol. I know what I want to write XD

I'm glad- it's super important to spend time with people that recognize us for our authentic selves.

<.< I do remember that scene, yes. And I also know that feeling. Usually what I do is start with something small that I wouldn't mind doing, and that usually carries me a bit further.

Yes... THE WALL. It is something that people whisper about in the dark corners of the room. Something that wakes you up in the middle of the night with a cold sweat. Something so sinister, that it has its own patent on distress.

THE WALL is where you keep trying to move forward, but it blocks you. You bump against it fruitlessly, trying to get through, but you aren't able to do so. Only by slowly climbing this wall can you overcome it. It is a treacherous climb though... and some fall to the other side clutching their sides and wheezing from the effort.

I'm just gonna sprout some multi colored tentacles (emo style: black, dark blue, purple, and neon green), start wiggling them at my sides as I hunch over and slowly turn around. My eyes will be wide, one hand laid over the other and held up under my chin, and I'll just be like:
