DvD Night In

When i get se to go to bed I always put on my Grounded for Life DVD's. Either that or "The Wedding Crashers" or "The 40 Year Old Virgin."

hmm...are you asking if there's a single movie or two that we keep going back to over the years? Or favorites what we're into currently? I'll answer both.

As for all-time favs, anything done by Pixar. But that's really *us* as in my partner and our 6 year-old son. As far as *us* just her and I go, 80s comedies. Short circuit. Spaceballs. Bill & Ted. Wayne's World. Stuff like that.

Recently, we took on the entire 5-seasons of Queer As Folk in one massive marathon that spanned over three months. Since that's over, we've been doing Samurai Champloo, except we haven't bought the last disc yet. :(

In other words, we don't often go back to favorites, cos there's just so much out there that we haven't seen yet. After the holidays (when the bills even out), we're going to start another marathon of either Nip/Tuck or The L Word. Haven't decided yet.

Oooh, I wanted to get that movie for my PSP.

I have a 6-year-old, as well, so I'm sort of limited as to what I can watch sometimes.

Yeah doesn't that suck? When you really want to watch people get it on, but it's only 7p.m. so you have to watch 3D Animated fish instead?

That was one of the few that I never saw. Which is weird, cos I've loved Robin Williams ever since I was a kid. i'm actually pretty behind on MOVIES, cos I'd rather watch television series'.

Saw V For Vendetta and two different versions of "A Christmas Carol". Interesting how my tastes in movies vary, even around the holidays.
