A Couple of Ideas

Okay, guys, where are we going with this thread?

My ideas are...we can either get the hell out of there like Drell wants (roflmao GM...love the posts)

Or we can discover that there is no civilization but, in the war they made a computer...a very smart AI...that is giving the illusion of it being inhabited. It is making up these women and thats why they are so perfect. And the spike in the readings are the computer (AI) pulling on the energy required to keep up the illusion.

The war could be over but the comp doesnt know and is set to defend and put up this pretense whenever a ship passes just in case it is the Archons.

The possibilities can branch out from there with the Archons either having survived or not....


But let me know what you think.

I am with GM with this one, I vote for staying on the planet for a bit longer. That there is no civilisation and that it's a fabrication of a super computer.

I would also ask for (later on) the emergence of the alien threat i spoke of at the beginning of the thread (the alien fleet that annexed the solar system and moved toward an Earth that was wracked with ecological disasters) This emergence can be a lone alien ship on a scouting mission.

Anyway I am happy to go along with the group concensus.

From what I gathered from moderator Sweetp in a discussion on 'sexual matters' recourse on ORP and SRP, that whilst SRP is a sexually orientated area in ORP there can be sex but its not of a sexual focus.

So some sexual rp is ok I gathered from that. I think. I hope. (ORP Mods can answer this one lol)

oh hell, GM, I've seen posts in the ORP that put any posts in the SRP to shame.

One time we had to wait a week while two of the people finished up a trist.

The way I've always had it explained is thus: "This is a porn site. There will undoubtedly be sex. Just try not to hold things up. Three or posts posts by each character, then get back to the plot for a few pages. It's a plot-driven area. Keep yourself in check."

Of course,...I don't think I've ever written about sex in the ORP. Just doesn't come up that often. Must be in the wrong threads.
