Well, the shower scene in Porky's and the pillow fight scene in Animal House are memorable "voyeuristic" experiences for me.

Inevitably, it's the opening scene from Belle de Jour (1967) in which Catherine Deneuve's lead character fantasizes about being dragged out of the horse-drawn carriage in which she has been travelling; she is then gagged, tied to a tree, whipped and ravished. The WTF aspect for me, though, was that the scene isn't introduced as a fantasy; it is shot with a feeling of realism about it — until the character suddenly wakes up. That certainly messed with my mind and left me feeling simultaneously turned on and disgusted at my response.

There is a movie called "Y Tu Mamá También" that I hold responsible for sparking my interest in MFM and MMF. Two friends take a road trip and an "older" (than them) married woman joins them to get away from her life. She has sex with each of them and eventually, they all get down together.

It definitely made something happen in my pants. If you speak Spanish or can tolerate sub-titles... it's really worth the watch.
